Hula-Hoop Basics** : This will be a 5 week PROGRESSIVE series, in which you will build on what you've learned the previous week. Imagine spiraling, turning, and gyrating the hoop around every inch of your body like you've never seen before! It's sensual and mesmerizing. It's sexy and fun. It builds confidence while toning and strengthening your core.
We'll offer this class once a week for 5 weeks and focus on teaching a solid hoop dance foundation. You will learn to hoop around the waist and hips, lift the hoop off of your body, and hoop around the upper torso, shoulders, and neck. You'll also learn to hoop in the vertical plane, angles, jumps, and hooping around the thighs.
